Finally got to see Kelly live and in person in Vancouver recently. Been a fan for years and she’s got to be my favourite hair star, not just because she’s so innovative and creative but because she is super relatable and open. I WANT to learn from her... the energy she brings to live classes and her online presence always feels like such an organic and genuine interaction. Very grateful for Kelly’s playful wisdom in hair and life!
Took your class at Parlour in Toronto! It was filled with so much amazing tips and you have a great easy to understand way of explaining everything. I left feeling inspired and ready to use the techniques you taught us, especially when it came to photography!
I had a lovely experience at Kelly's class. It was jam packed with information about color theory, placement, color combos, and anything else we could think of to ask. Kelly encouraged the class to get up and try things... and is very attentive to her students and lends a hand with vivids to anyone who reaches out when she can.
After 14 years in the hair industry, I can still say Kelly’s class was my favorite I’ve ever attended. She was warm, intelligent, well spoken and down to earth. You could tell she was truly in her element. It felt more like hanging out than being lectured. I look up to Kelly so much and she keeps me motivated to keep learning new skills.
